Wholesale Terms and Conditions

All accounts must be paid in full by the 20^th of the month following the date of purchase. Any account remaining unpaid after the due date for payment may incur an interest charge of 2% of the amount unpaid per month (or any part thereof).

The O’Brien Collective (trading as NZ Scratch Maps) reserves the right to refuse to supply goods to any person whose account is unpaid after the due date for payment.

Any costs, including legal fees, which are incurred by The O’Brien Collective for the collection of overdue accounts will be at the buyer’s expense.

Goods remain the property of The O’Brien Collective until payment has been received in full. If such goods are sold prior to payment being received, the proceeds of that sale shall be the property of The O’Brien Collective.

Goods will not be accepted for return without specific authority from The O’Brien Collective.

• Returned goods must be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned goods must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Returned goods are shipped at the buyer’s expense unless it is a faulty or damaged product.

If goods are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly, please notify us and we will dispatch the correct goods and arrange collection of the incorrect items.

If goods have been ordered incorrectly by the customer, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will endeavour to supply the correct goods and authorise the return of the incorrect goods at your expense.
